If you are not already using VIS Software under license you can download a trial version that will be automatically activated for 21 days following the first installation of the VIS Software. When you click download, you’ll be asked to enter your name and email address and the country in which you reside. Once you complete these details, you will receive an email with a link to the software download.
Complete update of the interface visual design in version 17.x

New Strain plane calculator
A tool for the calculation of the detailed stress-strain distribution corresponding to a generic set of forces is now available from the PMM check window. This tool also allows incorporating disconnected sections to evaluate their behavior when assumed to be coupled.
A detailed calculation report is now available for the shear and capacity shear check of walls and coupling beams.
With this addition, comprehensive calculation reports now cover all verification checks (PMM, shear and capacity shear) for columns, beams, walls, and coupling beams, providing a complete and consistent verification framework.
Option to overwrite shear wall boundary region lengths when importing reinforcement from an existing model.
Possibility to combine multiple connected ETABS Pier labels into a composite Wall, imported into VIS as a single element for PMM checks based on global forces, while shear is verified per leg using local forces.
